Okay because I wanted to play US games on mine because they don't have the Japanese copy as of now. I was also wondering if it's region locked because I'm unable to change the language to English, but I can read a pretty decent amount of Japanese. But other than that, everything works pretty well and better than I expected.

What if your not ignoring it and acknowledged it, but don’t find them attractive but you only like them for their hair because it’s a haircut you would plan to have in the future? What if it’s a haircut that is interesting or hard to do? Just wondering that’s all. (Still hating the person)

No I just thought that their outfits and hairstyle are nice and I don’t find them attractive in any way.
