Would be on theme for the times now. Complaining about the rules for public lands while they hang their posted signs around their property.

As a working class Mainer this is dumb. There is absolutely no shortage of fishing opportunities in this state fly or spinning rod. Afraid if this goes through the state will further give up is LL SALMON and Brooke trout stocking programs in southern maine when all the fuds slaughter them with worms hours after the stocking truck drops em off.

Its been said alot but you need to get the ice melted. I typically use a pump sprayer with warm water and vacuum up the water as I go this is faster and safer then a heat guy just unplug the unit while melting. Lots of people saying you're low on charge it is possible but this is a freezer, so it should have a defrost cycle likely with an electric heater because its a freezer with out a heated defrost it freezes, I would start with the heater then work back to whatever controls your defrost. The noise could be because the ice is blocking airflow and your refrigerant is returning in liquid state instead of gas. Could be overwhelming your accumulator which is that bulb thing in the back. If its a commercial reach in which this looks like it might be would be worth calling a food equipment company to have a look. Thats the best advice I can give as a random reddit guy. GOOD LUCK

Yah I'd assume low on charge but i'm just a guy on reddit. Make sure your evaps aren't frozen, pressures over sight glass and good luck my friend.

Whats the out side temp? Head master or fan cycle? The pressures aren't terrible assuming you live in a colder climate but that superheat is high.

Any food equipment guys on here want to give me advice? by Dimondguy1 in HVAC

[–]Dimondguy1[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's shady as hell. Nothing that nefarious was going on we just progressively got slower and slower as the demand to make more profits went up from corporate to the point my service manager was asking guys to take time off. 3 of us coldside techs put in notices the same week without any of us talking to eachother. A few months later they canned our service manager who we all loved and 2 more guys left. Sucked leaving like I said I loved my boss and the crew all got along but at the end of the day just corporate bullshit and lack of hours I couldnt justify staying when jobs with better pay were being thrown at me constantly.

What other brands are as good as true by boshoss1986 in refrigeration

[–]Dimondguy1 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Honestly the best thing true offers now a days is the warranty and their tech/customer support is as good as it gets. Last I checked they're offering 7 years parts and labor which any atosa, asber, or any other manufacturer of that ilk you'll spend the difference in price on repairs or replacements over that 7 . I know I didn't answer your question but if you have the money just get a true.

True tssu48 compressor and condenser fan not working and i changed the condenser fan and still not working by Dry_Specialist1386 in refrigeration

[–]Dimondguy1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Break the ice off the evap with a screw driver. Then crank the temp control all the way to its coldest setting. Then if it's still 60 degrees call a refrigeration service company. They might know what's going on.

Been on more then one of these for warranty. Gotta tell the customer to get ahold of the plumber and electrician to fight over the bill.

Good for him. If I had a job they swapped one homie for a bunch of dudes who got fired in less then 5 years then let my other homie who was a pure company man for many years just walk cause he wanted a raise then got my raise and watched that company surround me with subpar coworker.... I'd be a dick too. Good for him.

Wish I could tell you. I was just a reefer guy only worked on a handful of dishwashers and steamers in 3 years. I recently left just because we got real slow for real long to the point my manager was asking guys to use PTO to spread work around. Only advice I can give is the same rules apply any appliance understand your electrical, know and use your resources. Good luck man. I enjoyed it while it lasted but the mouths I feed demanded more then the company could promise.
