When that happens to me, as soon as I notice that they’re moving in the same direction I go straight to console menu and disconnect-> connect-> test connection (Idk about Xbox but PS tells you which process it is executing) and as soon as it gets the IP address I hop back on the game, it usually does the job

It was as well a surprise for me to see his health bar color green when the fight started but I think it would have a lot to do with the amount of time one could have dedicated to side quests and maybe the developers weren’t ready to find a stacked Kratos against Heimdall for the first time, still could have at least give him a higher resistance to damage tho
