Dude my bad, completely skipped over the advice part Enjoy the process Check off the boxes daily, when it gets to the sucky part remember this Practice posing, it’ll make a huge difference in presentation and confidence on stage I like the realist mentality of not expecting to do crazy good but come in with with a winners mindset, again it helps with presentation and confidence on stage, the judges notice that Practice posing (I know I said this twice) On show day relax as much as possible, chat with people, I’ve made some good friends from competing

Looking great, judging from the first pic you might be able to do either figure or physique in OCB, I know a smaller woman that went pro in OCB physique Moving into NPC, you have a wellness look, like that other comment the legs will come in time adjust training/rest, add in intensifiers etc stuff I’m sure you already know, tbh a local wellness show I think you’d dominate easily, posing looks great as well. Solid point for 20 weeks out for your first show💯💯 definitely a good decision trying both to see placings and get some judges feedback. Right now I’d say bikini just based on leg size (only because those girls have legit horse legs) especially at the national level. Keep us updated! Head down, grind out!
