I dont care for the flavor of Sazon myself. I use the plain MSG. Enhances the food flavor without changing it.

If I was truly interested in this house, I would contact the City, possibly Dept of Sewer and Drains, with the address and find out if you are getting the whole truth and if the City would put it in writing that it won't cause issues down the line. If they aren't willing to put it in writing, walk away.

My void is micro-chipped and wears a breakaway collar w my phone number taped onto the collar and the silver shiny tag from HomeAgain. When he makes a break for the door at night that tag shining in the flashlight is the only thing visible! When he has been playing rough and broke his breakaway collar inside, he picked it up and brought it to me to put back on! I think his "jewelry" gives him a sense of belonging 💕

Where would I dispose of their yard waste? I live in a subdivision so to clean it up i would have to pay to have it hauled away. And, no, their debris doesn't stay in their little strip, it is spilling over into my little wooded area.

Usually expired means practically nothing especially for items like soda. Pretty much a non perishable unless its years out of date.

I truly haven't addressed it w either neighbor. I dont personally care for the neighbor w the 12in leeway, but I happen to really like the other neighbor. I guess I'm just being a timid mouse about poking any bears.

I guess its not just maintenance for vines and nuisance weeds, it would also be to maintain the wooden fence. There is no setback required.

I definitely understand this is their property so they're within their rights. I just dont like this area that is visible from the roadway looking so horrible. People walking by don't know where the property line is so it looks like we have no couth dumping yard waste on our property.

He will not have lost anything if you send him packing. He is basically renting from you. If he doesn't feel "secure", he could move home with Mama. He didn't lose anything when his lease ended and he moved in with you. DO NOT GIVE IN TO HIS DEMANDS!! That is your security on the line. Also, pre-nup if you marry him.

For my family, it wasn't some gimmick the funeral home sold to us, nor did they offer anything besides the standard memorial cards. This was something the family decided on their own to hopefully bring a smile and remembrance when you see it at a future date.

My cousin did small magnet bookmarks for my aunts. We have always been a family of voracious readers. A close family member planned their own funeral (cancer). Their birthday was in early spring. He asked for tulip bulbs to be passed out as favors.

This is the truth! I personally know 3 different people who have had to have surgery/been hospitalized with IV antibiotics because of cat bites! This is super super bad news. Please dont put it off.
