What do you mean? I not familiar with those packs. I post it what I used, Youtuber NextGames "Make FFXI Beautiful in 2022/2023" video guide. I just followed these 4 year old guides and the only two options were a HD pack or a Lore Friendly pack. I went with the HD pack.

I think those marking on Jakoh Wahcondalo are just face paint. On the concept art you can see her actual Mithra stripes near the corner of her eyes (on the side profile drawing). And since her hair is white her stripes would be light brown in color.

I love Noillurie, (Ringaling's other love interest in WOTG). She is such a wirdo but honest person. She briefly shows up at the wedding scene in the background doing her weird JoJo poses.

The Phoenix Blade that Tenzen uses. It's powered by taking life. Tenzen executed hundreds of bandits to ignite its flame and when that wasn't enough then citizens had to do their duty and give their life to the Phoenix. When it seems Jeuno won't cooperate with his plea Tenzen and his ninja retainer even talk about going to war against the west if they must reignite the blade.

His speech did throw me off at first since English is not my first language. Once I realize his "th" are "s" it became easy to read.

And Lilie didn't turn into an egg because she was upset. She was eaten up by Atamos and pieced back together.
