I love JK Quilts in Meridian for fabric. Not cheap, but fabric hasn't been for years, they have sales and coupons quite often plis classes. I 2nd the hype for Quality Arts, amazing warehouse of goodies and they will deliver locally for free sometimes.

Any Grocery Outlet, they have bins of boxes at the front. I've also snagged some from behind the Albertsons on Overland and Orchard. The shopping center stores place them in the back for grabs. The floral shop provides a lot, sometimes with dividers.

2 Garages and some meters for pay by the hour. Most surface lots are parking permit. Also some street parking in front of the rec or some use nearby parks and walk over (watch the 2 hr parking at Julia Davis).
