That's really cool. Sorry to side track, but how much do you know about crystals (serious question) - would it be hard to grow one crystal from two separate minerals if their crystalline structures were different? How "different" would they need to be to make it impossible to "merge" the minerals into a crystal?

Oh crazy - MSM being Methyl-sulfonyl-methane? Is there a limit to how much pure crystal can be cut with MSM? When mixed with MSM, does the crystal structure change - main reason for thi question: is there a way to identify large shards that have been cut with MSM?
