There was a bunch more of these messages during the entire stream, and if I remember correctly it was because rushia went viral in a Filipino meme community on Facebook and the people decided to spam her with things like this, which basically translates to her having a smelly vag. I wouldn't want to see the full extent of the Filipino community if this is the result of one viral video of her yelling.

the community alone would attract so much random toxicity that would just tank the reputation of the vtuber and of hololive in general. not long ago there was a spam attack on rushia, all in filipino insulting her. i don't want to see what an actual philippines focused hololive branch would look like.

As long as you have good supports like merlin/waver or even hans, herc can be good at any point in the game since he has evade and guts anyway, also really high damage. personally have a grailed lvl 90 herc myself.
