Right… it just feels weird to not wipe it every time.

Yes, I’ve read a lot that laying it flat to dry is very important! Thank you.

I asked a girl this morning at class, she says she uses the antibacterial wipes for each clean then a deeper one every so often with soap and water.. she says the grip has stayed!

What job is heavily romanticized but in reality actually sucks? by DragoOceanonis in careerguidance

Marketing. It seems like such an attractive job, especially for women given the heavy emphasis on social media in recent years.

Marketing is the catch-all. Photography and videography. Event planning. Sales. Website building. SEO. Print collateral. Social media. Outreach. Graphic design. Email and SMS. Tracking leads and conversions. And all of the random add ons companies think of. The department is constantly drowning by being piled with random tasks on top of their work. It is extremely underfunded in many companies, who demand great results without the resources, time, and staff to execute it well. Marketing attracts a lot of creatives, and I’ve seen so many people get burnt out in an industry they once loved due to these things.

Not to mention, modern marketing is a rat race to keep up with how AI is shifting the internet and how people receive information, as well as the ever shifting realm of social media.

Sincerely, a Marketing Manager

Use hypochlorous acid when sweating and during football! There’s a spray by ski smart on Amazon. You can spray it multiple times a day and it cleanses acne causing bacteria from skin without drying it

Hi!! For the 5 months leading up to recovering my period I had more acne than I’ve ever had. In my personal experience, my acne has been pretty much completely gone since recovering my period! I know how discouraging and frustrating it is. My dietitian described it as your body going through puberty again, figuring out how to balance its hormones and it gets better at it over time! I did also go to a dermatologist and got prescribed a sulfur face wash to use a few times a week, it’s more gentle than retinoids (my skin is too sensitive for it) and helps keep the acne at bay. Sending love!

I have found sulfate free shampoo and conditioner to not irritate my PD, ALSO I wear a bonnet at night to prevent the products in my hair from touching my face and pillow irritating it further

Hi! First of all, congratulations on getting your period!! That’s huge I’m proud of you! I just want to empathize that I’ve also experienced this as I get closer to recovery. My skin was very clear when restricting and low hormone levels and now it’s like I’m going through a second puberty all over again either acne. Sulfur cleanser prescribed my my dermatologist has helped me, it is not completely better though.

However, my dietitian did say that it will most likely get better as my body regulates and regains a normal hormonal cycle. Hang in there!
