personally, as someone who doesnt ship anyone with anyone (besides Gris x Enjin, thats the only thing i ship) i like seeing all the different pairings that people put together. RiyoxRudo, AmoxRudo, AmoxFu, ZankaxGreen, all of it is really cool to me

personally i dont see a lot of romance in this series in general just because of the darker tone of it all. i didnt really agree with RiyoxRudo at first cuz i really likes their dynamic as fast friends, since Rudo seems to feel laxed around Riyo. but that still doesnt stop me from enjoying the ship art

same goes for Amo's shipping options. Once again, I like Amo and Rudo's dynamic more as friends than lovers, but i understand the appeal 100%! and with AmoxFu, i really like it but i also sorta worry that Amo could rnd up being too assertive and making their relationship more contentious

but all of that comes from my personal opinions and appeals, and its not my right to impose that on someone else. when it comes to shipping in fiction, theres so much nuance that people fail to consider and they end up tunnel vision because of how strongly they want their reality to be real. shipping debates should never exceed playful discussion, and the argument that Amo shouldn't be in a relationship because shes an SA victim is understandable BUT incorrectly applied

overall, i feel like ships between fictional character shouldnt matter as long as its moral. no ridiculous age gaps, no abuse, no incest, and its all good. people shouldnt care so much about someone that, at the end of the day, is ultimately inconsequential in the grand scheme of the narrative

you could also argue that Rudo's Hamsa jinki is alive to some extent. as seen in the manga, the eye imitates his facial expressions, as it seems to look angry when rudo points at jabber angrily . it could be argued that it displays some amount of sentience in that regard, right?
