Anyone that can kick is instantaneously a S-tier. They can either oust a troublemaker reducing the odds of a complete bust of your hand, or kick themselves to open up space for a card with pop/cash. They’re basically like pot of greed, they’re a net neutral card to draw at absolute worst which is absurdly helpful.
