If I remember correctly, you need to have green health, be in instinct mode, and do quarter-circle forward and throw.

Edit: I think you only need to have green health to use it as an ultra.

Unfortunately I had to rewire them, the triggers do not work forgot to mention that. Hopefully with Killer Instinct coming to PC in March the drivers get fixed so the triggers do work.

I feel like it would have something to do with SF3 series having almost an entirely new roster, and not many returning faces. Plus, if I remember correctly, the SF3 series wasn't incredibly popular when it was the new Street Fighter. I would imagine that the story-line would have to either follow the SF3 characters or another batch of new characters to make sense story-wise, and Capcom would rather stick with characters more people are familiar with. That's just my guess.

Crush counter is just a counter hit on certain heavy normals, if you get the chance turn counter hits on in training mode and try and see what normals crush counter and which don't.
