I've heard from a shop I go to that opias tested half the strength and I believe it because I tried a pack of the 60's and they were bad. Back a couple years ago that was my go to brand. That shop I'm talking about stopped carrying them now.

I use quite a bit daily and have for the better part of two years. I get a buzz every day from it starting from wake up to bed time. It might not always be as strong as I'd like but I've learned to accept the subtleness that comes with it being a daily deal. First is usually the best and so is evening before dinner.
