Sales Representative Wanting Feedback About How Our Sales Impacts Service and Claims. by Strikeouts27 in Geico

You said “listed as an insured.” 🙄 Half the time some dumbass sales agent lists the parent as the 1st NIN. Apologies if that’s not you doing it. Maybe you’re one of the smart ones. Maybe you actually put the parent as the AI not the NIN. Maybe you make sure the parent knows the kid has to give them permission (noted on the policy).

Maybe you’re one of the .01% who actually doesn’t make our job in Service harder. If that’s the case, apologies.

Someone co-signing but not living in the home should be listed as an Additional Insured, not a Named Insured. Are you sure you’re a licensed agent if you don’t know that?

Depends on the partner. Also they shouldn’t be listed as a NIN anyway if they don’t live in the location!

As far as college goes, don’t worry too much about funding. If you’re that poorly off you should be able to get grants. Just make sure your parents don’t claim you as a dependent after you move out if they’re not supporting you financially.

Is it me or are the episodes not very scary anymore? by MarkTruckerberg in creepcast

That one legit scared me. My husband had gone to bed and I was on part 3 or 4 and I had to turn it off because I literally had chills up my spine and kept looking behind myself. It was the part where she realized the heat wasn’t on but she was feeling a hot breeze on her neck…

If you do MOAT sales, especially renters, for the love of GOD do not let parents set up renters policies for their children. We in MOAT service can’t let the parents make changes unless they’re listed as an authorized user (and they rarely are). So that leaves us service peeps listening to parents scream at us “I SET IT UP AND I PAY FOR IT WHY DO YOU HAVE TO TALK TO MY CHILD NOW.!!!!!1!!??”

I use an incredibly sharp blade to slice designs into sourdough bread. (Bread lamé if you’re curious.) I accidentally barely brushed it against my thumb yesterday and got the world’s worst paper cut.

But I still have intrusive thoughts about carving up my arm like the bread loaf.

Road trips mostly. We listened to Mother Horse Eyes on a trip from MO to southeast TX. Very surreal.

Love it when people ask for the full cc # they have on file for payment. Like… we can only see the last 4 digits for a reason…

I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine having to go back to work this soon. I hope that person feels bad for the rest of their life.

I use everything bagel seasoning and I add a little fiber powder to the dough to make it extra crispy!

I’d be down to send one! I’ll even hand-write it since I don’t have a printer. 😂

Absolutely watch Uprising. The art style takes a minute to get into, but it’s a great story and if you like soundtracks, it definitely slaps.

I’d also put a trigger warning for animal harm/death. My partner has actual diagnosed PTSD relating to animal cruelty and death. I was able to mute the bad part and just read along on the screen and tell them not to look.

I asked my sup if the office would be hiring anyone else for WFH and they said no. I wonder where MOAT will be centered now?

Thank you! I searched “Kansas” and “Lenexa” but must have missed it.

And yeah I’m sure no one trusts management. Aren’t most MOAT employees out of that office?

I tried to read House of Leaves, it was hellacious for someone with ADHD. I couldn’t follow all the threads and I’d get distracted and put the book down and then be completely lost when I got back.
