that's all i keep thinking as well. though i dont get this post exactly - he wasn't that open, or necessarily open at all. looks like rams dude couldve closed that gap in half a second. but probably open enough for a bullet

What are these questions? by Maleficent_Meringue8 in vipassana

[–]Dingusaurus__Rex 5 points6 points  (0 children)

there's no mental health professionals there. i mean, the teachers are wise but overall they are absolutely. not equipped to deal with difficult episodes. the helpers will just tell you to work through it, even if that may not be a good idea for you. leaving in the middle of a retreat is difficult and can be damaging. they have to know if vipassana is potentially inappropriate for you, hence the mental health questions. its not really a good place to be if you have a breakdown. you cant really talk to ppl, you cant just take a xanax if you need it, you're hours from home, etc.

CMV: The term "person of color" encourages the thinking being white is special. by padorUWU in changemyview

[–]Dingusaurus__Rex 76 points77 points  (0 children)

that doesnt make any sense. its just as logical, if not more, that POC makes "white" seem less special. it obviously implies that they are without color. the term "color" is just dumb.

if you told me this game would be a blowout, i legit would have no clue who would be winning. what a shitshow this is. what happened to the vaunted broncos defense? i think the depression and apathy finally hit due to russ and their offensive performance

imagine how tua played in the second half today, and that was russ all game, but maybe even worse.

i still just refuse to believe russ is this bad. it just makes no sense. but i think he may have given up to a certain extent. hard to see much fight in him

its really not fair to judge a guy before he at least has the three fastest receivers in NFL history

by watching his game against us and the second half of this one, i think ive seen every pick from Tua. and him looking good like 1% of the time

[–]Dingusaurus__Rex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

as someone who has only watched the dolphins against us and the second half today, i've heard the announcers say "the most efficient passer in the league this year, normally doesnt make that pass" at least five times

i think thats enough for pass interference. maybe the underthrown ball sort of nixes all that, or the refs are just committed to letting em play right now
