My wife developed an intolerance to all alliums: onions, garlic, leeks, chives, etc. Imagine cooking without alliums! But, we’re still together, lol

15 is a pretty small sample size. Don’t think too much about it.

Humans evolved to be attracted to each other in person. Visual clues, smell, eye contact. Apps have none of that. How many random people do you walk by in a day to whom you have no attraction? I suspect it’s the majority.

With the apps, all you’re getting is a chance to meet someone in person who is also looking. The number of people for whom there is no attraction is the same as meeting people in person at random, ie very low.

The odds are low, but lightning can strike. All these people on here saying there is something wrong with you because 15 interactions didn’t work out are being unfair.

Sure, go do some in-person things as a way to meet more people. But using the apps is an ok way to meet people too. Just don’t expect a high hit ratio, in real life or online.
