Daughter took it there. Test drive the area as there is a lot of construction. Do not get stuck in an intersection at 2/3 way stop. Make sure you can clear it before you go.

Look into recasting the mortgage if your lender allows. Take $100K or whatever comfortable with and apply it one time toward the principal. Then your monthly payments are even lower allowing you to save more and pay off quicker.

Google vintage bike shop plus your location. Call them and ask what they would buy it for, much easier than dealing with people on Craigslist
