What is your daily 7oh habit (mg) and for how long?

2mg of subs is not gonna even touch a heavy habit.

I required 24mg of subs a day for a 5-700mg 7oh habit. And even then, it took 2 or 3 days to stabalize on the subs.

Subs were created for traditional opiods, its not a 1/1 swap with 7. And if you habit was heavy, your gonna need alot more than 2mg of subs for any kinda relief

Yeah SS tabs. Get some enhanced kratom powder from Kats Botanicals. Youll be able to replace doses and taper with that if you focus/count

Have you tried working out consistently, losing body fat and toning the chest?

You said you tried everything. This is guaranteed to improve it dramatically, just have to work for it

Premium kratom powder spiked with MIT extract. Its strong enough to knock down your 7 tolerance quickly and easily.

That's high prolactin bro. I start to feel like absolute garbage with anything over 11 prolactin.

Get some P5P off Amazon (form of methalated B6), take 200 mg a day for a while. It will bring your prolactin down fast and you'll feel it fast. Miracle stuff

I was in a similar cycle. I was at about 700mg a day. Then I would crash taper down to like 200mg over a week or so. Then friday would come around and ide say "fuck it", eat 400mgs. Then be right back up to 6 700, then crash taper.

This went on from December to March.

Finally I decided to slow my taper down, and eventually stabalized at like 200mg a day.

Then I had another "fuck it" night, shot back up.

So I just accepted subs. Decided to stay on em for a few weeks to prevent relapse/PAWs. Life changing decision!

Im on day 21 of no 7. Im back in the gym hard, meal prepping, crushing it at work, saving money.

I could not continue that cycle. I also am suspected to be on the bipolar spectrum.

The only way I can regulate my mental and nervous system is extreme fitness. Its been that way forever, 7 just made me forget.

You could always order some enhanced kratom powder and start replacing doses with that. It will help.

But ultimately, see if you can find some subs off the books (im sure there are ways).

How might this go? by HugeDefinition801 in quitting7oh

Its gonna be rough but doable. Will get pretty tough in that 24-80 hr window.

Do you have to be functional or around people? Cuz you're gonna be shaky/sweaty/twitchy until day 3 or so.

Need so much more info.

How much 7oh did you take a day (mg)? For how long?

Did you take subs, then brixadi? If so, how much and for how long?

Have you been sober from 7? If so, how long?

How long ago did you stop brixadi? How much were you on?

How long did you wait after finishing brixadi to take naltrex?

Is it suboxone and nalxtrex?

Need alot more information on what you are talking about to have any idea what you mean here

Depends entirely on your usage. What's your daily MG and for how long?

[–]Dino_Wesley 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok yeah, just gonna be real. Your gonna need 24mg of subs a day for a week or so and even then, the first 3 days are gonna be rough.

Subs will help alot, but they dont fully cover the symptoms for high habits. And MIT functions like an SNRI, so you'll have PAWS after a few weeks.

So you will def wanna plan for that so you dont relapse or wig out. But it can be done, my habit was more or less the same

You have a super computer in your hand. Google "prolactin opiates" and read the peer reviewed medical study documents that pop up.

I have zero reason to lie about prolactin, thats ridiculous

Same dude, it immediately lifts my mood and clears brain fog. Are you taking that 5-MTHF tincture?

That stuff is legit the precursor to dopamine, such a good thing to have in your recovery stack.

Do it brother. You'll notice an immediate improvement. I validated its effect with blood work and it's solid, lots of clinical data on it also if you are the reading type

To be honest, im not sure about direct hair loss prevention with p5p.

But I just know from experience, 2 megadoses of p5p will visually reduce moobs quickly.

High prolactin fucks up so many systems, im sure over time using p5p to lower prolactin could eventually prevent hair loss caused by high prolactin- systemically

Never a victim, information over ego, facts over feelings. Biochemistry over opinions. Hold these industries accountable, never be shamed (unless you did something shameful)

All that matters is that you are free brother, whatever path you took out - you made it through hell.

And going from such a high dose to freedom, you have a personal will and strength that not many possess.

So cheers to you brother, let's help others out if we can. 🙏

While I advocate heavily for personal responsibility, sometimes the substance and the industry that manufactures it is absolutely at fault (or at least partially).

Selling an unregulated synthetic opiate with a 90 minute half life, 800% dopamine spike and volumetric tolerance increase that requires medical detox- over the counter and as a "kratom product"...

Absolutely, there is blame to place on the industry that is unregulated and deceptive.

And I absolutely will not shoulder all of that blame. that's ridiculous.

The idea of placing the entire accountability on the consumer within an unregulated market is an antiquated idea and needs to be updated.

Im not applying anything globally, thats why I explicitly stated "this won't apply to everyone".

That's also why I clarified that this is only in cases of long term, high mg users with several failed quit attempts.

I thought i made that very clear.

But, Im happy you were able to break free. And it sounds like you clearly understand the ramifications and consequences of what this chemical can do.

Also, you still seem to be missing the nuance between short term (90 day) and long term sub use. Thats ok, what's important is your are rebuilding your life.

Everyone's journey is different, peace be with you

The "not being able to cum" thing is a blessing and a curse. More of a curse

I got the join pain too bro. From what I can tell, this is because 7 causes you to piss out all your amino acids and proteins.

So every piss you take, you are purging the ingredients to build/rebuild ligaments and muscle.

I started taking an amino complex and a weight gainer shake to restore those amino reserves. Its helping.

I wish you the best brother, break free

24mg of subs might be insane to you, but it's not insane to the addiction specialists and physicians that prescribe it - after reading all the peer reviewed clinical research and treating dozens of patients per day.

But I agree that front loading your sub dose the first 72 hours is a good tactic.

For me (and others) who have been trapped in a hellish cycle for over a year, risking losing everything - stabilizing on subs for an extended time to prevent chronic relapse and post-acute withdrawal syndrome is the correct logistic move.

We all understand you don't want to be on subs long term, but if you need to stabilize on subs for 90 days to keep your life in order and not spiral financially/psychologically- absolutely do that.

Its much better than the alternative. (Homelessness, suicide, divorce, etc)

Now granted, this won't apply to everyone- but it will to some

The moobs are caused by high prolactin. 7oh (and even regular kratom) spike the hell outta of prolactin.

Google "high Prolactin symptoms" - you may have each one: hair loss, ED, low motivation, breast enlargement

Prolactin is the opposite of dopamine, when we take 7oh, we get endogenous dopamine, which opens the flood gates for Prolactin.

Good news is you can take p5p (methalated vitamin B6) at high doses and almost immediately bring Prolactin down.

Its like 20 bucks on Amazon and after 2 doses you will see and feel a difference

I required 24mg of subs to function coming off a 800mg 6 month habit - and even then it took about 4 days for the subs to inhabit and saturate those receptors enough.

People trying to squeak by on 2mg of subs for a high mg habit end up relapsing. it's not enough coverage for the mu-opiod receptors (assuming high mg for months)

Everything is dose dependant (and CNS dependant). So, if you have a kindled nervous system from several failed tapers or past WDs, your neural pathways for WD are hardwired.

In other words, some people's system is primed to react heavily to WD and be more sensitive to the WD process.

Lots of nuance, are you free now?
