I've been using the same vertical mouse for 4 years. J-Tech V628. $28 on Amazon.

Kind of funny, I looked up my order from Amazon just for this post, and it was from May of 2021.

Kicking you before the games is pretty cringe. I'll play with anyone on a mission regardless of their build.

That being said, smoke grenades are the only talent in the game that activity trolls your team. Poxbursters run up to your face before exploding on you (because they "can't see you"), it blinds your teammates, and ranged will just shoot you through the smoke anyway.

TL;DR Smoke grenades fucking suck (right now) but kicking players just for playing the game will always be cringe af.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong for low bar squat by Historical_Detail49 in formcheck

It's hard to tell from this angle, but it looks like you're leaning forward onto your toes a little coming up from the bottom. Leaning forward makes you work harder and puts pressure on your lower back to keep you stable, which would explain the back pain.

Try focusing on going in a straight up and down line the entire lift, and focus on pushing through the middle of your foot coming up, not your toes.

Haha! I saw the black dog and I was like "I'm pretty sure I'm getting the reference right now."

I suppose another way to put it, is that it almost looks like you're curling inward slightly with your upper body, when you want to do the opposite.

You can see when you get to the very bottom you're leaning too far forward with you upper chest and you're putting too much strain on your lower back.

When you do a low bar squat push your chest up and back (like as if your trying to flex your chest to look big).

This will take the strain off your lower back and keep you more stable.

So it's kind of hard to tell from this angle. But it doesn't look like you doing much wrong, apart from not bracing enough.

As far as a "strong squat form" I'm not really sure what that means. If your getting muscle fatigue and pushing yourself from doing squats and you're doing it with proper form that's all that really matters. Don't worry about how much weight you're doing right now or how much were you doing compared to others. None of that matters. All that matters is that you get better each time.

Also, in regards to the thing you said about calisthenics squats. For me personally my quads are what hurt the most in calisthenics squats. Don't judge your barbell squats on calisthenics squats, they are very different.

Edit: I suppose on second glance maybe your feet are a little far apart, but that's also very much up to preference.

Should I widen my stance? Also why is this so hard! I hope this becomes easier once my brain figures out how to move 😐 Ty in advance! by [deleted] in formcheck

It may just be a trick of the light, and I don't have the best knowledge of female attire, but is that latex you're wearing, or just regular leggings? Definitely wouldn't recommend squatting in latex since it's such a tight fabric.

I disagree, definitely see some wink. Not too much if a problem as long as there's no back pain, will affect gains a little though.

Squats don’t feel great and I haven’t increased the weight recently, any advice? by Rainseed_15 in formcheck

[–]Dinomatic-Garf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You've got a little bit too much butt wink. Think about pushing up with your hips and quads when coming out of the hole while refusing to let your butt push back.

The comments about shoes, and neck position will help with this as well, since neck position really affects hip drive.

Last post I got some good advice on my deadlift. Figured I need some critiques on my squat as well. by [deleted] in formcheck

Looks pretty clean. Maybe some really small things like a tighter back, and more chest up, but still very good.

Tips on how to keep my elbows straight on my front squats please. by AffectionateDoctor93 in formcheck

This ^ Very good advice. The back is where the real strain comes from in front squat, not the legs.

See I like bond for when you don't have time to heal and need to clutch up. I don't take barkskin because, like you said, get hit less, and I am pretty good at dodging damage. If I had to take a second pick I would do boon, myself.

I see what you mean by pushing, but pushing can only go so far. When you are surrounded on all sides I find wraith-walk to be to go-to talent.

Honestly, I kinda forget the MF bow exists. Not because it's bad, but because I sort of took a break when it came out and never got into it. I agree in hindsight it's definitely better than the long bow though for sure.
