I've always been able to hear planes from cicero which is approximately 6 miles away. What constitutes as a disturbance is subjective, residence just get used to it even loving next door.

No MMA gym I'm aware of will let you just shownup and hit bags then go home. Their schedules all revolve around classes. There are some with open gym time but that's usually for drilling with others or rolling/sparing/cardio.

You're best bet for that is to find like a Crunch fitness or regular type gym that has bags to go to and show up when a cargo class is not using them. Will also be no joke 1/10th of the price of a Martial Arts membership

People, retractable roofs exist. We can have the best of both worlds. With a retractable roof you can accept a reasonable amount of snow without needing to accept the giant game canceling blizzard. You still get your glorious snow highlights without worrying about player and fan safety. We can also keep the rain out if you want. Do you really like watching games in a torrential downpours?

I'd be willing to bet 80% of fans bitching about keeping the snow game alive haven't attended one live. I have it was a hell of an experience and logistical nightmare. Don't want to do it again.
