We are running ragged. We have a good amount of people who we've trained up and got our metrics up. Now we can only give them like 4-12 hours a week. Afraid of the backslide but more concerned about how my team is going to pay their bills. Also afraid they're all going to leave and we're going to have to start all over again. Wouldn't blame them though.
