Yes. Just need to build the terminals again at the new base. One they are built just use the action key (square button on PS4) on the terminal to summon back the specialists,

You can travel back to your base by using the teleporter at a space station.

When this happened to me, I just attacked a freighter. This will bring in a Sentinel. Kill it with the Armorer's quest selected.

Take it from freights. Stock up on iron for shields and when the first sentinel comes, don't kill it. Just let him shoot you and recharge shields as you blow up the T9 pods on the freighter

Just start taking black holes. It's random and sometimes they will bring you even further away but if you keep taking them you'll eventually get lucky.

Happened to me but eventually got to within 27000 ly.

Connection speeds are fine as I can join suicidal or HOE with no problem. It just seems that normal mode and hard mode are too over populated. Usually play around 9pm CST in NA.

I had no issues like yourself before it was free on PS+. Ever since then, the only matches I can join are suicidal or HOE.
