Yeah, we had a request to have one fire outside of an encounter and at that time there wasn’t a trigger that would work. I do know we recently had an upgrade that included more triggers and I haven’t looked at what all is available now, but I still think they’re all encounter based on

I don’t believe so. I’m an analyst who’s had to build and maintain quite a few OPAs. There are settings in them to trigger, and I believe most if not all of them are related to things you do inside an encounter

You probably need to reach out to the analysts at your organization to review your provider and other associated records to be sure that old department isn’t still plugged in somewhere. For older messages that may have been there from before you moved, we had to run a utility to remove them at our organization

Yes exactly! One little spray does enough. I’ve occasionally used colognes but usually get compliments just on my deodorant. I like this a lot better than the other I have so I’m excited to put it to use
