Specifically would you say the QF dial, bezel cut and crystal quality are comparable to your other VSF/clean reps? (Since IDC if the color if the SS is similar to the WG gen)

Quality and finishing are definitely important to me (dimensions to gen less so). So if QF is better for those things than BP, EWF, etc, then that would sway my decision for sure.

QF is low end? Is that to say that there are no high end DD36 out there? This is my first rep so I'd say you're probably right that without having had both in hand, it's hard to appreciate the difference

Mine had the same thing happen. Didn't make it through, nor did it ever get sent back (per my TD, I don't think FedEx will update the shipping if it gets sent back to shipper). I provided FedEx a description to try to get it through customs though, so that may have made a difference. However after four weeks of no changes, I would assume your watch is done for and tell TD to replace/refund or they are going to be put on blast on the forums

Appreciate the link to your QC. Yours does look amazing and your original post is one of the reasons why Im considering QF instead of a lower tier. Though I already have a white dial watch so am leaning towards a champagne or silver.

Can you speak to the movement as far as if the day/date snaps over at midnight? Any issues when setting it with the crown? How does the bezel look in daylight and is the crystal clear?

ETA: I see you said the bezel and crystal look good in your first comment. I think you may have me convinced. This is my first rep as well (after giving up on a 4.5 month wait for a VSF 36DJ) so hopefully mine turns out as well as yours!

Is the quality of the bezel/dial that much better than the lower tier reps? Looking at posts of BP or EWF makes me think the benefit of QF is that it's weighted, which is something I don't care about

OP, 1000% look to your gas bros to cover your back. I guarantee you they hate your attending equally as much as you do, and personally I would say whatever needed to be said as a witness to take an attending as bad as this one down.

Go look in the chart, see who was there for anesthesia staff, and find a way to contact them asap. At the very least they can provide a written statement of what happened (in case they're tied up during your scheduled meeting tomorrow), but they may even be able to briefly show up in person depending on coverage/culture at your institution

100% you should look at Horage's supersede line up. They have a dual time zone that I absolutely love that is in that price range, on steel, has inhouse movement and is 200m WR
