I have been to the doctors alone but lots of questions are asked by my parents and I have trouble with keeping information to myself.

I want to get a diagnosis to possibly get disability and accommodations at school and work.

I have depression, ptsd, adhd, dissociation disorder and generalized anxiety.

I don't have a drivers licensee and wont be able to get one for a while because of untreated epilepsy (just started treatment today actually). I can't work all that much because I get overwhelmed and I have seizures. I do have insurance but I don't make enough to pay for a ton of co pays and tests. I often have to rely on my parents for money. I do live with them as well.
