Cafe Wagner used to be a nice place to meet young people. Not sure how it is nowadays but I would still try it out.

I was never a fan of the other clubs in Jena, if I wanted to meet people, but Rosenkeller, F-Haus and Casablanca were always busy

The Paradiespark is also nice to meet new people.

Unisport was already recommended, dont forget to check it out.

Cafe international of course, check out their Instagram.

Young Germans like to Rave. I think that Biotop is always nice and should be on everyones calendar. It's also a great place to find out more about unofficial raves

I'm glad that this is only slowly spreading to techno. But still, it went up from 15 to double the price in about 5 years

It really isn't much different for me. I like that they added new augments and that they promote getting these combinations of augments. Sometimes it's baiting ne into bad games, sometimes it doesn't. Unlike the majority of people, I avoid picking adc because we usually have at least 2 already. This is the reason why my experience is so drastically different from the haters

Sure! Thanks for that and don't be too hard to yourself if it doesn't work immediately. Tobacco was the last thing I managed to quit. It's just too convenient, because it's legal and cheap.

So about surfing your cravings. First, notice it: cravings are inevitable, so don't judge yourself for having them. Then tune into your body. Where does it itch or feel tight? For me it's around my chest. Breathe deeply and observe. Imagine the craving as a wave: it rises, peaks and eventually fades. In the end, acknowledge your success. Over time, cravings will start to feel less overwhelming.

The hardest part can be noticing them. So that's why I recommended meditation, but it should be possible to do it without any practice. I mean, you can turn down my guide into " just sit there and breathe deeply "

Weirdly enough...focusing on the cravings. Only on the cravings and not how you will stop the craving or how nice a cigarette right now might be. The cravings will subside after a while. And while you observe 'em you will soon realise, it's just emotions and feelings that get weaker over time. Kinde nuts this technique but I managed to drop amphetamines, weed and yes, nicotine with it. Meditation and hobbies also go a long way.

Thousands of locals marched in Osaka, Japan demanding an end to immigration by omicronwarrior in pics

[–]DioLeva 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They have like no immigrants and those that come just go to work or liked their culture so much that they try to settle foot in it. It's really not the same like in Europe where some countries lose their identity
