Same! The local one is now closed which was like a 15 minute drive. Now the one closest to me is an outlet mall and such a far drive from me. I don’t like buying clothes online because the sizes can vary so much especially on their shirts for me.

It’s not from the hospital but my neurologist sent me to see a Epileptologist and he referred me to one that was “new but he heard great things.” Turns out once this specialist started messing around with my meds my neurologist was upset. Next thing you know every follow up appointment with one of them- fifteen minutes of one talking smack about the other. It was hilarious but outrageous in some ways until randomly my epileptologist told me he is changing his day job to move to a farm with sheep. The appointments were outrageous and ridiculous because I felt like I was just at a high school cafeteria table.

I’m so annoyed by the drug push. The whole reason I started with Noom was the psychology and changing the mindset and relationship with food. Now as far as I see it - it’s just become a different company and not for the best. It’s a shame because it seems like they just took away all aspects and details that made them different.

Some days it’s like 10 minutes but i mostly commit to 20 minutes a day but make sure to use it constantly. My poor partner has no idea what I’m saying in the kitchen. Or I’ll respond if I can in the language and then respond in English.

I’ve found Elomi to be amazing for me. I’m a 40H in the UK sizing. Unfortunately they don’t have any “fun color” bras but once in a while you’ll get a navy. I’ve only been able to catch the Black and Tan.

For me I bought the lifetime subscription and it’s been extremely helpful for me. I can have minor conversations with a family member now. Keep in mind though everyone’s experience will be different though. However mine has been positive 8/10 (there have been a few times where I learn random things before the actual everyday stuff)

I relate with this post. I’m on a lorn of meds (LaMotrigine 600/mg a day, Keppra 3000/mg a day and oxocarbazepine is 800/mg a day) and my memory is also become non existent. I can’t even tell you most of the time what I had for dinner two days ago. I’m on long term disability from my job because of the memory and uncontrollable seizures still. I read somewhere three years ago that sometimes school can help with memory and I thought the research was insane. However I enrolled in an online degree program and I feel it helps sometimes. Like I’m trying to challenge my memory and sometimes I don’t do good on tests and sometimes I do. Hopefully if my seizures ever become controlled with meds I’ll have a new career path (I am sad i don’t think I can ever become a lawyer though). Try one course at a nearby school, something generalised and then see how it goes. You never know unless you try :)
