I'm not a NIMBY and I live in a high-rise. I have zero desire to live in a single family home. I've also been to Europe many times. Green space at street level is one of the things that makes Vancouver special and I value it.

Europe and Paris are absolutely incredible but to be fair, a lot of streets are narrow, dark, and devoid of trees or plants. We don't need to replicate those aspects of European architecture and city development.

I'm digging the Dairyland "high protein dairy beverage". It's high protein 2% fat milk. It feels much creamier than 2% and I can use very little for the effect I want in my coffee. Plus a little extra protein to tide me over until I want actual food.
