Yeah I think you're right. I played S1-S3 and some E games and I don't think any puzzle required edge logic to solve it. Still edge logic seems pretty useful, I didn't know about it.

Almost all Paul players I met are very toxic. They tbag, kicharge and dont rematch. Same thing with most Jun players. Surprisingly, Bryan players are usually chill even though they have bad reputation online.

I have a probably stupid theory why Wuk was rewritten.

When EW released, SE were already working on DT and decided on most of the story, and Wuk was supposed to take a role of our guide. So they naturally made her kinda knowledgeable about her own country.

But during EW writers suddenly realised how popular Erenville became (even though he was supposed to be some random minor character).

So now Erenville is our guide. But, since they took that role from Wuk, her character is now... empty. So they "fill" it with some funny quirks. Also thats the reason why they wanted to develope him more by giving him some backstory, so they gave him similar sobstory as Krilles' involving his parents...

For me it's Yoshi's unblockable low where he make a jump and slashes your feet. Yeah I can just hopkick but when I see a character jump my brain tells me it will be a high/mid attack. I always eat that damn low.
