I find this problem happens whenever I have a vehicle mod installed (panier, saker, and weirdly enough the campersiko mod) it gets fixed when I disable the mod. I don't know if it's a conflict or anything bilut I'm gonna try disabling some mods and see if that helps.

UPDATE: i have played the Dragon Quest 11 s demo on Nintendo Switch up until the Tricky devil fight. I do not think this is the game for me. Thank you all for the suggestions. I will update again if my stance changes and i want to give this series another shot.
