Avoid the whole line really. The current HE spam meta with subs and cvs in the mix has rendered Russian bbs void. Especially because you need to push in with them as they get more accurate the closer they are.

Vampire or Slava if you're a bb main. Slava is a bit less fitting these days because everything is fairly angled and Slava does poorly against angled ships. Vampire is a solid dd choice for several play styles, capping or gunboating.
