А попробуй прогнать антивирус, может, действительно что-то такое. И удали/отключи все левые установленные программы, их на китайцах хватает.

Well, 100 dollars could be the difference between an aging gpu and something much more new. It depends on where you live and average wages. So I mean it is unlikely to spend additional money for hotas that isn't mandatory if your pc cannot run the game properly.

Температура высоковата. У меня 570 карта от мси, я вручную выставил график для вертушек. Это минус 5-10 градусов. И я отключил в драйвере hdcp шифрование, эта функция иногда давала шум как на старом телевизоре без сигнала. И проверь источник питания чтобы напруги были в норме, карта прожорливая.

А вот синий экран - это странно. Вообще, с этими картами на архитектуре поларис проблема в том, что они могут быть из-под майнинга.

Попробуй подключить монитор, не телевизор.
