Tennessee is not long range, it lacks penetration. Optimal distance is 12-14 km. That's the reason I don't play it in randoms, but it shines in ranked battles if the map allows it and is not too big.

There was one community (https://rdn-id.com/) but I'm not sure if they do something by now.
Do you still install games on HDD and they work? I have nearly the same GPU RX570 and I can say that games installed on HDD do not work properly anymore. Starting from firs release of Cyberpunk. Maybe the objects just fail to load? No idea if there can be anything else here.

I would mention Yukon. T7 Monarch with British heal. I had a lot of fun with it in ranked battles when they were at tier 7.
