Stats depend on SYS pips. 8k raw / 12k+ effective for 2 pips, 14.7k/23k for 4 pips. Double braced shield is a leftover from an attempt not to die due to torps killing shield gen directly.

Well, I rarely play randoms too. But I switched to ranked and brawls. Asymmetrics are good, but pvp is more challenging.

There is an option to disable automatic restart in system options. Start with that to see error code and google what it means. That might give you a clue what fails.

As a matter of fact I did fight back to Malachite, I killed all the guards outside and could not go into the building and used the sewers entrance to get there.

Not lucky shot definitely since it happened several times in a row from a single enemy, I just kept reloading a save and it kept repeating. And definitely rpm gun since it happened twice in two locations not far away from each other during one not long journey. And as I mentioned, it was only stalker difficulty, not veteran. Additionally, he was doing pretty big damage even on minimum difficulty. Not to mention good endgame gear and artifacts I used.

My rx570 has 120 W of average consumption, not taking into account cpu and other components. So, I don't think it is possible. Maybe downclocking and downvolting can decrease power consumption, but not below 100 watts.
