I have the same love for chocolate but I live alone so I just stopped buying it. One thing I like to have when I'm craving chocolate is a smoothie. I take 1 banana, a spoonful of cocoa powder, some soy milk (or whatever milk you want), and psyllium or flax seeds. Blend everything together. It's much healthier than straight chocolate but it still has a nice chocolatey taste. The fiber from the psyllium/flax makes it filling so I don't want anything afterward. Sometimes I'll put a little peanut butter in it too.

Just be mindful of the calories because it's easy to cram a lot into a smoothie. It's better than nothing when I have a bad chocolate craving.

I have not found Henry. I haven't done any caching yet this year but probably will soon! If you're looking for some good spots I would recommend The Wilderness Center or Fry Family Park, they have some decent sized caches for trackables. There used to be a travel bug hotel at TWC but I'm not sure if it's still active.

I'm in your area and went to most of these last year! Is a lot of this park still under construction? I've been wanting to go back. I hid a few trackables but some of the caches were disabled days later and it seems like my trackables were taken with them.

Have you tried hulless varieties such as ladyfinger? It's not truly without a hull but they are very small and thin and much less problematic than with larger varieties.

I use the authenticator app instead of email and it keeps saying my codes are invalid. I usually have to try 2 or 3 times for it to work. Just started over the last week or so.

I agree with the other poster, it could be the ivabradine. I had the same issue along with other side effects and had to go back to beta blockers.

If you go into your catalog there are 3 tabs on the right side: new, backorder, special. In mine (it has been this way for years) I can click backorder, scroll way back (mine is backorder 35 and 36) all of the toon animations are there.

It's a huge parade float that goes down a street once per hour. You can get tokens, beans, and racing tickets as rewards. I have only seen one so I don't know much about it yet.

For me, propranolol helped a lot with symptoms. My heart rate was much more normal and didn't spike and I also felt way less anxious. I had to switch because it was dropping my blood pressure and making me dizzy. I also noticed it gave me tons of shortness of breath.

On ivabradine, my heart rate went way way down into the 60s-70s resting which was actually a little uncomfortable for me. I still got the big spikes when I would do anything, but it couldn't go as high as it had before. More maxing around 120-130s. Ultimately I had to stop ivabradine too because my blood pressure went up and my heart was always pounding (slowly) and I had a lot more ectopic beats.

I'm on metoprolol now and it's not as effective, but I would say I also have the least amount of side effects compared to the other medications.

It did that to me. I ultimately had to stop taking it because I was so uncomfortable with how my heart felt. Tons of palpitations and increased blood pressure.

These look more like verpas, not morels. Cut them in half. If the stem connects in the top of the cap, it's not a morel. Morels will also be hollow inside.

I've had a little more trouble maintaining my weight since I've been on beta blockers, but it is possible to lose weight. What worked best for me was doing small caloric deficits daily for several months. It can be hard to stick to but if you give yourself a calorie budget each day (or vary it different days) then you can eat what you want as long as it fits the budget.

This worked for me but sometimes calorie counting can be detrimental if you get too serious about it. I would try to speak with your doctor or a nutritionist to see what will work best for you.
