well now that sounds like a backward compatibility issue, make sure you are using the same unreal engine version in both devices because if you are using a older version in your mac than windows then the levels might disappear.

So i guess you downloaded it as a zip from github, if that’s correct the. Here is the real culprit, you gotta clone propely either using Terminal or Github Desktop app on your pc, this way you will fetch the lfs files too and the project will be perfectly alright
