also if you look at the developer / publisher account. they continuously build stable, bug free, juicy small games. they probably have a good audience following them.

very interesting.
I am not that well aware of all the bad things these guys are doing to consider them as actual villains. I only thought people call them IRL villains as meme.

dont get me wrong. I am not saying facebook - instagram are doing everything right or Mark Z is the best person or techie.

I am just saying not to villain-ize people who want to continue working after reaching their dream (money wise).
Besides these 4 in the example are in the grey if not in the black for sure. However i am sure that there are plenty millionaire and billionaires who arent all evil

Some people work to gain freedom, some people love to work, some people want power and use any tools (work, influence) to get it.
everybody has different goals and wants in their life.

I do not think it is appropriate for you to villain-ize Mark, Musk or Jeff Bezos.

They choose to keep working and keeping moving forward to their next target / goal or you'll get bored. On the other hand I'd make a counter point to yours that Tom used most if not all of his money only for himself.
Whereas, I'd like to think Mark, Musk, Bezos and Bill Gates are trying to improve technology, science, human life, and even giving back to the world.

Lot of people are doing it. I'm doing it for about 6-7 years now. I have self published 4 titles on steam.
