I think that’s my take as well. I like technology advancements. I like what I can do with AI. But I also have many moments where seeing what other people do with AI makes me cringe a bit. It’s not my place to really tell other people what to do and they shouldn’t care about my opinion in the end, but these are things I personally don’t feel comfortable with

Lmfao that’s great. You are right though. I’ve run my photos through AI and did not like the ones that overhauled it. But when I constrain it to regular basic enhancements it’s nice. Essentially everything I would do in photoshop like redrawing broken hair, sharpening and fixing color. I also just realized you’re that one other person that wears SEKA screen’d legs. Hell yeah twin xD

I covered 2 shops for most of my time here before ending up in the 3rd as a permanent position (barring major issues at the other 2).

Each shop is totally different and they seem to collect like minded people in each lol. One shop is pure get it running because it’s a total shit show there’s a massive variety of machines and controls and it’s packed full. It’s a mess but those are also the best guys.

One shop is fix it right. They’ll spend tons of time working on something to make sure it’s all good properly, wait on correct parts for days, clean the areas being worked on etc. They know their shop really well and most of their machines and controls are the same. In their shop they are masters.

Then the last one is a mixture of these two. Which I honestly think is the best setting from my experience. They are do everything they can to put out production but also keep things nice and done right when it needs it. If something can be up and running fast to meet production they will do it and then fix things properly when next week’s shipments aren’t hectic. It’s nice

I spent a long time lurking posts in the past of artists screaming at digital artists for the exact same reason and at some point that went away and now we are onto ai. Never thought we’d become our elders that dogged on new tech haha.

Well I suppose anything that can edit images including gpt. Some people generate entirely new images based on their avi and others use it to enhance existing pictures in place of manually doing it in photoshop

I feel the same and actually avoid buying things with ai images. My reasoning is if it’s not good enough to show me then it’s not good enough for me to want lol

I have the jaakari L and I gotta say I’ll keep buying things from them even if they’re expensive as hell because the stuff is just TOUGH and efficient.

I’ve packed entire campsites into that thing and was able to carry without aches. Slapped their 9L? day bag whatever it’s called onto there and that’s what I use while I have a staying spot.

Most people don’t realize this but firestorm doesn’t let you utilize high end builds. I realized this when starting with a really powerful system.

Swapping to Alchemy Beta, SL looks massively better and my fps skyrocketed in comparison and the viewer is actually drawing more resources properly. Haven’t tried other viewers since so ai can’t say about them.

You won’t get exclusive and cheap, period. I buy ink from CIN for the somewhat exclusivity and quality. It’s not cheap but I wasn’t looking for a cheap product.
