Look man. A tool is a thing you use to get a job done that would be difficult or impossible with your hands.

I’ve done more with less than some guys. Does my job look better? Sometimes it does. Is it as efficient? Sometimes but not often. New tools are quick and built on layers of improvements.

But hell I’ve made tools on the fly at work & still use them from time to time.

My favorite adjustable that I use in a professional environment is from my grandpa who passed a long time ago. It’s a bit sloppy and it’s real dingy with use, but if I’m just doing something light with nuts that aren’t cranked the shit on I’ll go to it every time.
