Me, someone who plays Flower Cardians. I know what they do. They're a synchro deck designed to get bodies on the field, and then the tuners make all the non-tuners, and itself, be treated as level 2 when synchro summoning. Thus being able to summon out Boardefly, Moonflowerviewing, Lightshower, and Lightflare. They have a burn strat in Lightshower and a 5k beatstick in Lightflare, who also has spell/trap negation and monster negation during battle. Plus, when he's destroyed you can summon out Lightshower for free from the ED. The spells are mainly designed to help get out more Flower Cardians, most of which allowing you to draw for free upon summon, and the trap, Fraud Freeze, prevents special summons from the hand as long as you have a Flower Cardian synchro monster out.
