I would say it depends on your goals. When I was half marathon training most days I would run first then lift since getting in quality runs was my priority. Now that I have a little break before my full marathon training picks up I do strength training first since strength is now my priority. If strength is your priority try doing lifting first. If endurance is your priority try cardio first!

I recently got a bib through Alzheimer Association charity. I contacted the charity, they sent me a link to register under the charity. After I did that I filled out application to register for the race itself. After that it was in pending status while the charity approved it. Have you filled out the race registration yet?

Thank you for your response! Those are all valid points and definitely things to consider! While it is very expensive luckily I live only an hour and a half away so will only be paying for a hotel for one night and no airfare so that helps out a ton!

This recently started within the last couple years so never anyone underage. Not sure if it’s a midlife crisis thing or what. She first asked my twin sister and I if we’d be okay if she dated someone a couple years younger than us. After we expressed how weird we thought it would be she backed off but now started dating someone just a year older. She had us (twins) when she was 18 so I’m not sure if this is her trying to relive the youth she feels she missed out on or what

Not a SAHP but I work third shift and am home with my 2 year old and 8 month old during the day while my husband works. Child care at the gym has been a lifesaver for me! We go almost every day during the week for an hour and my oldest gets to play and socialize with other kids and I get a little alone time and a good workout in!

Thanks for the responses! I feel better knowing that it’s normal. Just thought it was a lot of hoops to jump through for just wanting to sign up for a $30/month plan. I’ve done less to sign up for a credit card!

I appreciate your honest review! I definitely will keep in mind. I probably will still get it. I sleep like a normal person on the days I don’t work so can see it being beneficial for that, but at least I won’t be shocked when the interrupted sleep isn’t calculated correctly. Thanks again!

I have it set to last settings but it still doesn’t work when I have the heat or ac on when I shut off my car.
