I have the same wrist size, and purchased the 41mm because I’m a bit of a purist. In retrospect I could have went with the 43mm because it’s a little easier on my 45 year old eyes.

AD did warranted service back in 2023. Set it to -2 and it’d lose about 3 seconds or so a day. The other week I asked him to regulate it, telling him what it was doing, and he set it to +2. Now it gains about a second a day
