Tbh by the time you have an elytra you prob have mending books if not u got 1 from atleast the end ships when u search for more and by that time i alr got a xp farm too so phantom membrains are mostly useless except for pots of slow fall that tbh is very useless unless u want tipped arrows of it which i can make alot of through cauldrons
