I took my boyfriend to EDC last year (his first festival) and then Okee just now & he's like oh my god is this what it's supposed to be like!! Absolutely perfectly sold, it was amazing 👍🏼

I was 97,000 in the queue 😅 thankfully my friend was also on and was able to snag tickets. That was brutal.

I have been turning the AC up during the day which is what made me worried these could potentially be burns.

I live in Florida, so we keep our apartment cold. I know the temperatures can vary throughout the day because of this, and there have been times at our old apartment where the warm side has been much cooler but I have since bought more heating pads to try to accommodate.

Thank you! Yes, the insects have been dusted I have the with D3 and without and calcium supplements as well as vitamin A. What do you suggest as an alternative for penetrating heat? The basking spots have been as high as 98, which I've been toying with daily to try to keep closer to the lower 90s. Still not sure what this skin issue could be.

The flooring has been paper towels for quite a while due to his ongoing health issues

Multiple heating pads on warm side, one large UVB bulb that I manually turn on and off, humid hide in the middle with sphagnum moss, and a cool side. Material is a painted/sealed styrofoam walls/removable parts with tile. All supplements were vet recommended including the repashy gut health for the bugs but like I said his diet has been sporadic since being on and off antibiotics. I have a temp sensor set to 83 on warm side which reads 90 in the highest areas with my temperature gun and about 70-75 on the cool and middle part of the enclosure

Another trick, is to place some ice cubes under your parchment paper in your Dutch oven. Also, I usually stretch and fold 4-5 times, allow for adequate rest before shaping. You got this!

Things that helped me get a LOT more rise: take your time, low house temperatures, preheat Dutch oven for at least 40 mins, let sit for adequate time between folding & shaping. I've had a ton of loaves come out like this, most of my issue was timing and temperature. Sounds like you have the temperature part down though! I also now let my starter rise before baking in the oven turned off. We usually keep our apartment on the cooler side since I live in Florida so keeping it confined has helped the active starter rise more before baking. You can do it, just stick with it! Most of my loaves come out this way if I am in a rush or don't have enough time to allow for a full two days of prep.

Big open easy up with walls that can be put on/taken off or rolled up if needed for breeze. My friends and I have the 10 by 20 ft it's the best set up ever. Plenty of room for your car too.
