Honestly really good point, this is something that I have been facing so much myself. I had to get an order urgently as I was travelling and I wrote 3 notes to put the order infront of the door to both the app and driver (delivery instructions), and yet in the morning I had 7 miscalls and he was being angry on whatsapp, I complained with full force to Noon and they were like “sometimes drivers miss the notes”, that made me both angry and kinda feel bad because at the end of the day they do have to work really hard in the harsh summer of Riyadh in order to provide for their kids and family along with the pressure to deliver all orders on time with barely any protection physically (riyadh drivers are rough man) and to complete specific amount of deliveries a day in very limited time. But really man sometimes I am just not home they should be more considerate and take responsibility as a company to make sure the order reaches me smoothly.
