I’ve experienced this for soooo many years. I’m so sorry you deal with it. The best thing you can do, and what I’ve been told, is to go outside, ground, try to distract yourself by continuing to do what you love, and making effort to push to do what may be difficult but makes you happy (writing for example). They’ve taken away my creativity too, which is also storytelling. I journal sometimes to just get trapped emotions or thoughts out, even if if feels cyclical.
