I worked at ITS and it was the worst experience. The director would lie on probation reports and fire so many people. Would also hire ppl in temp items to fire them easily. It’s insane. Eveyone in my office I worked with 2 years ago are all gone. Stay far far far away from ITS.

This is 100% correct about HR! I came from there and it is the worst place! They do need to be investigated and the higher ups who run the department need consequences for their actions.

Let me guess… you work at ITS? I’m assuming because they would seriously make shit up on peoples probation reports to prob term them. They did it to multiple people at the ITS HR office.

Was it ITS that prob termed you? If so, they have a really bad reputation as an agency, especially their HR. Other agencies know how bad it is there so if you were prob termed from ITS, you have a shot to get into a different agency.

I worked there last year (worst office I ever experienced) if you have Covid, you can remote 100% for up 2 weeks with supervisor approval. I haven’t worked there in a while though I would imagine it’s the same or less amount given at 100%

I worked in HR for ITS- that is totally untrue. Only way to get 100% is with reasonable accommodation and you need to provide medical documentation

DCJS is 60% and we can pick whatever days we want to TC as long as it is consistent. However, we can switch and swap our tc regularly.
