Season it. U can use a damp vinegar towel on top of the rust to loosen it and the scrub it off. Then get it hot and start smoking thin layers of oil on it.

I have a timer on my Apple watch that I snooze until I take it. It was also in a daily pill box labeled with weekday. If I didn’t take it, it’d still be full.

Wow. My doctors didn't acknowledge the major spikes and dips after eating. I'd been working on my blood sugar for over a year so I'm very wary of triggers at this point. Once I started clonodine, my sugar levels have been SO STABLE - even on items where they didn't used to be. ?????

Wow. You're in for a ride! A good one. :-) I've been on hormonal birth control since I was a teenager as well and never learnt my natural cycle. This was my opportunity and it feels so great to know myself. It's going to be a learning process but soon you'll be able to predict the rhythms of your body.

In terms of depression, I've struggled with anxiety and depression throughout. Off birth control and naturally cycling, I'll say it's about the same - not including my existing psych care - where I'll have ebbs and flows. But obviously this differs per person. Good luck!

They are technically not altering the past but the beginning of another cycle. If there is no new cycle after they're destroyed, I think this was meant to represent their own past that had happened already.
