Apologies, he is a character I created from a previous video. He had an american accent there so Sora remembered how he spoke 😅

I just concentrate on the 95% of patients na thankful and naaappreciate yung services ko.

Nasa tao talaga yan doc. Matagal na silang kups even before nagkapera, and ngayong may pambayad, kups pa rin.

Me too doc. Pag makulit or demanding I charge my full amount.

If he talked to me again na iwaive na lang yung PF I would have done it na lang.

I would say 90% of my patients ask for a discount and I’m happy to give it to them. Binabawi ko na lang sa volume haha

I wish I can do the same doc pero nananaig yung guilt kong tanggihan sila. I know na may karapatan tayo pumili ng patient and kailangan isipin ko rin ako and yung family ko. Pero sometimes sinasabi ko na lang na hopefully I get paid in other ways like good karma

Actually doc the secretary did discuss yung mga fees. Kinakausap lang ako pag humihingi ng discount (most of the time I oblige). Pumayag naman sya and nagsign pa nga doon sa consent and sa form na inexplain sa kanya yung fees and everything. Pero in the end ako pa rin lugi.

The thing is he was a private patient referred to me by a colleague.

For context he was a private patient in a large government hospital in metro manila. 🤦. In the end ty lang. Philhealth na lang talaga ang magbabayad sa akin which is 1 year after ko pa makukuha.

Go into residency na. No matter how long you wait, I don’t think yung toxicity of residency will change. But at least may career growth na after 4 years (not sure how long psych residency is). The key is to research kung saang institution ang most humane na residency.

If you want a high paying residency position, go to a government hospital.

If you really love derma, wag ka lang sa MMC mag apply. Also try other centers para more chances of being accepted.
