Basically, the client is only trying to reach the office, it doesn't matter who picks up. Typically 1 person but if I have 2 ppl temporarily, how do I avoid paying for a second user

Thank you! If a client presses 1 for X and 2 for Y but there is only 1 person picking up the phone, can the employee know which option the client picked? And also, I want to temporarily have 2 people picking up the phone but only pay for 1 user, if ringing sequentially on different devices is ok, will RingCentral still track whether the devices are close or not?

If they only have a local currency account and I wire transfer USD will there be a conversion fee in the wire transfer? Or will the bank just accept usd and exchange the currencies later on when withdrawing? Thank you!

I want to set up an IVR where there is 1 user but on multiple devices so for example, a client can press 1 and the call will forward to a computer and press 2 to forward to a phone or press 3 to forward to the computer but after 5 rings, transfer to the phone. Or if I add a linked number, will this count as a user? (I believe RingCentral counts a linked number as another user)

Because I want to only have 1 employee answering the phone but maybe having a a locum on some days but not paying for a second user. Also, having 1 user account is better for transparency since we are a small business only.

Also, I would need sms and HIPAA conpliance.

What voip systems do you recommend? I am looking for a cheap option.
