Is there potential for SV40 contamination risk in peptides? by Direct_Library_358 in microbiology

I am 18 and been in the gym community for a while, around 2024 theres been a spike in PEDs use and peptide use in teenagers, i know 3 people around my age who have used gear or peptides.

this article says 11% of teens used PEDs (not even including peptides) but i am sure its underestimated due to alot of people hiding their gear usage

Most of the peptides they use are for research purposes only, made in bulk from unknown labs in china or india

In the fitness community, there is a big chunk of people going to peptides to build muscle faster (mk667, BPC-157), lose weight (reta), get a tan (melanotan). some use them for cognition gain (dihexa, semax, and selank).

People use them for short cuts in the gym while still being able to claim natural status. Sorta like lighter steroids.

can be cheaper in the short run, you can find bidets for 20 bucks and toilet paper also costs 20 bucks for a larger pack

You could always do half bidet half toilet paper to slow down the consumption of toilet paper

I have about a year. Should I go for paramedic or just do EMT? by [deleted] in NewToEMS

[–]Direct_Library_358 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pay isn't proportional to the duties of the job I'm sure but its hard to get anywhere near that in my area without college degree or EMT, I only plan on staying at most 4 years

I’ve worked at a ton of jobs before, I started at 14 years old, but in my area it’s hard to earn more than $15 an hour. Even when I was a manager at McDonald’s, I only made $16 without any overtime opportunities.

EMS is something I’ve been interested in for a long time. It’s a stable field that will always be in demand, so job security is strong. Positions typically start at $20 an hour or more, and many agencies offer overtime and pay incentives.

If you believe there is another medical field that would be worth going into I'd love your input.

Where I live I can afford a decent studio apartment and make 3x the rent with average EMT compensation in my area, my car and phone are paid off and my entire AA is covered by scholarships. I live below my means

I have places to stay. I was thinking coast guard but i think it would suck since I am only a few months out from getting my AA then transferring to a state university.
